From The Bruery:
1. Humulus Wet Release: Just because we don't make an IPA doesn't mean we hate hops! Harvest season is just one of our excuses to get our hands dirty in some stinky hops. In the past, we've indulged our hop fascination by brewing our 'wet' hopped pale Humulus Wet. This year we decided to change things up and brew five different variations of that brew, each with a single hop variant used for the brewing process. The result is five different brews that showcase the best of what hops can offer. Those beers will go on draft -- as full pints, tasters and as a tasting flight -- tonight, Thursday, 10/10.
2. 6 Geese-A-Laying Draft Release: 6 Geese-A-Laying is the 6th beer in our '12 Days of Christmas' series and is a return to the more classic dark and toasty winter ale, following the appropriately blonde 5 Golden Rings. Brewed with cape gooseberries, this malty ale displays notes of plums, dark cherry and citrus like flavors from the namesake berries. That brew will go on draft this Friday, with bottles becoming available next Friday, 10/18.
3. Rugbrød Release: This Friday we will also be releasing Rugbrød, our Danish-style rye ale. This brew, which is only around for our Fall and Winter months, will be available on draft, in bottles and for growler fills this Friday!
4. Barrel Aged 4 Calling Birds: Every year we put aside a bit of our winter seasonal to age in barrels for release the following year. This Saturday we'll be breaking open our cellar to serve Barrel Aged 4 Calling Birds. This spiced dark ale is perfectly complemented by the bourbon barrels that it was aged in. We only have a single keg of this brew, so make sure to come in early if you'd like to try it.
