Frozen Pints has launched a line of Ice Cream flavors that are not only patterned after beers, but they actually have alcohol with ABV ratings for each “flavor.” The currently make a Peach Lambic (1% ABV), a Pumpkin Ale (3.2% ABV), a Brown Ale Chip (1.6% ABV) a Cinnamon Espresso Stout (2.6% ABV), a Vanilla Bock (3.1% ABV) and a Malted Milk Chocolate Stout (2.1% ABV). Above is Honey IPA (2.4% ABV) with these details from Frozen Pints:
Hopheads rejoice! We start with a classic American IPA – grassy, piney, and hoppy notes of course. Then we add a floral honey to temper the true-to-style bitterness. The result is a full, well-balanced flavor that’s completely unique. Dig in and you’ll taste the honey first, then the hoppy deliciousness around the back. Bitter sweet perfection.
