Double IPA is our growler only release available at the brewery on the first Thursday of every month. We only brew 15 gallons at a time to insure the beer is always fresh. Stop by the brewery store for a sample and fill your growler before that months batch is gone.

Sap House Meadery collaboration release Sept 12th

Last year Ash from Sap House Meadery and Bill from White Birch got together to brew up a unique collaboration. After a long fermentation and extending conditioning this one-of-a-kind ale is ready to enjoy! Join us on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. for a meet and greet with Ash and Bill as we release the next of our Small Batch Ales: Blueberry Maple Belgian Stout. Samples will be available and the guys will be happy to answer any questions and talk about the inspiration behind this unique offering.
