Oak Cliff is about to get another craft brewery. Noble Rey Brewing Company recently signed a lease at 1400 E Jefferson Blvd near I-35.
Chris Rigoulot is the founder and head brewer. He's been around home brewing all his life -- his father was a big fan of the craft -- and he recently graduated from the American Brewers Guild Intensive Science and Brewing Course. When we first talked to Rigoulot he was planning to open a brewery in Grapevine, but he says he had a hard time finding a commercial space to work in.
