Here’s a new one from our pal Raphael in Brazil:
BodeBrown Tripel Montfort II
Bodebrown Brewery is located in Curitiba/PR, and now they released a new version of Tripel Montfort I, with the same alcohol (10%), but with different formats,330ml or 2,000 ml.
The yeast in the recipe is new, now with WLP 510 Bastogne, typical of the Trappists. The castle on the label is inspired at Castle Montfort, in Belgium.
"It´s a tripel, between 30% and 40% of wheat. Fermented at 21 º C to 26 º C to increase the explosion of aromas. Keep 10% alcohol with flavorings is not an easy thing," says Samuel Cavalcanti (Owner of BodeBrown Brewery).
