From STLToday:
A new biergarten on the grounds of Anheuser-Busch's brewery in St. Louis will open to the public on Tuesday, Aug. 6.
A-B announced plans for the biergarten with seating for 300 in April but hadn't yet set an opening date.
Seventeen A-B beers will be available on draft, in addition to food. The biergarten is free to enter, but food and beers will be available for sale.
A Brewmaster’s Tasting will be held daily at 3 p.m., the same time the company's brewmasters across the country taste beer for consistency and quality, according to A-B.
The biergarten is designed to complement the free brewery tours that attract 350,000 visitors annually.
An 18-foot red letter ‘B’ that was part of the Budweiser sign that stood atop the St. Louis brewery since 1979 has been added to the biergarten's decor. The sign was dismantled in February and replaced with a new LED sign earlier this year.
