Captain Lawrence Father’s Day Pilot Batch Tap Takeover Event 6/16

From Captain Lawrence:

With the inception of our Pilot Batch program last year, we have been able to test out many different style flavors in search of the next great beer. After every 12 pilot batches have been made and poured we do a Take Over of our taps. We invite our customers to either try for the first time or experience these great ales again in an effort to see which ones you all like the most and would want us to re-make.

This time it is a little different, not only are we bringing back some amazing beer like the Basil Haze, Chico de Leche and the R.I.P.A to be voted on, we are using this great event to help one of our near and dear partners Hemlock Hill Farms restore their burned down barn. Instead of just voting for your favorite beers with a check mark on a piece of paper we are asking you to throw a monetary donation into the glass jar with your favorite beer's name on it. The jar that has the most money in it at the end of the day will be re-made in a bigger batch to be reintroduced as the exclusive Hemlock Hill Ale. But not only will that one beer be re-made, but all the money from the voting will go directly to the 'Project Barn-Raiser' fundraiser. We are also going to throw in all the sales from the winning beer that day into the pot.

So let Dad have his day in the sun... literally, relaxing out in our patio playing bocce ball, drinking beer, eating hot dogs all while giving back to the community.
