From Singha:

NEW YORK, May 9, 2013 /mbb/ -- Singha Beer is celebrating New Yorkers who make New York great.  Singha will be partnering with local non-profits and charities to celebrate these organizations and raise awareness of their cause during the International Food Festival at the Singha Tent on 43rd Street and 9th Avenue, May 18 and 19, 2013.

Singha will be providing prizes and discounts to local New York City Charity volunteers, organizers and employees.  "New York City has such a vibrant and driven charity community and we at Singha want to celebrate these people who take time to give back and help others," said Singha's Tom Sopit, Director, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships North America "The International Food Festival, with all its diversity and good times, seemed to be the right place to start this campaign."

Singha will be celebrating these organizations at their location on 43rd Street and 9th Avenue during the Festival by offering discounted food and drinks, giveaways, as well as using their stage to promote these partner organizations throughout the days of the event.

"New York has been very good to Singha, and we wanted to give something back," Mr. Sopit went on to say, "This is a small token of appreciation for the people who work so hard to make other people's lives better."
