From Syracuse.com:
It's on a working hops farm that owner Randy Lacey has been operating for six years. On Friday, Lacey will open its tasting room to showcase the beers he's been brewing for the last few weeks.
Hopshire Farm sits on 35 acres and the tasting room and brewery is at 1771 Route 13. That's the road that connects Cortland and Ithaca. Hopshire is on the Ithaca side of Dryden.
Six beers will be on tap, including Beehave, a honey beer and Blossom, a cherry wheat. Both are made with all New York state ingredients. Other beers will be an English pale ale called Daddy-O, an India Pale Ale (IPA) called NearVarna, a Scottish ale called Shire, and a Belgian pale ale made with ginger called Zingabier.
