Four Peaks - The Short Hop Session IPA Coming 5/27

From Four Peaks:

Widely regarded as the "beginning" of summer by just about everyone, Memorial Day (this Monday!) is also the official start of the "laying low and bad television viewing" season around these parts.

Let's change that up a bit, huh?

I'm daring you to get off of the couch, turn off that "Swamp Loggers" Marathon and make your way down to any of our 3 locations on Monday, May 27th and try our latest Seasonal, The Short Hop Session IPA!

What is the Short Hop Session IPA, you ask?

It's our attempt to capture all of the great hop character found in an IPA but in a more "session-able" beer, hence the Short Hop Session IPA and, heading into the bulk of the baseball season, we thought the name would be fitting.

The Short Hop is a completely NEW recipe that shines a light on the hop character of an I.P.A. but weighs in at only 5.2%. Short Hop has a nice round body with a fruity and slightly resinous hop forward character. We have added a variety of malts to create a fuller body as well as a hint of rye for complexity. Light in color with a dry, clean hop finish should make you come back for more, and the lower A.B.V. makes it possible.

So drop by your favorite Four Peaks location beginning this Monday and get yourself one. Pints will be $4.50 with pitchers being $16; sorry, due to the extremely limited amount, we will NOT be filling growlers.
