From CB Brewing:

CB Brewing Co

located at the base of the Finger Lakes Region in Western New York, launches their summer seasonal, Finger Lakes Summer Wheat, on May 3, 2013.

Finger Lakes Summer Wheat is a German- style Hefeweizen and is available in 12oz bottles and draft. It’s a light bodied beer that offers up great complexity. The Bavarian Hefe-Weizen yeast strain used creates flavors of banana and spicy clove that enhance the delicate flavor of the Pilsner and wheat malts. The use of all German Nobel hops balance this brew perfectly and at 4.9% abv, Finger Lakes Summer Wheat is a refreshing beer, pint after pint.

The Finger Lakes region in central and western New York is one of the most beautiful destinations in the United States. Well known for its wine country, visitors and residents have become accustomed to its beauty and regional flair and overall quality of life. CB Finger Lakes Summer Wheat was brewed locally within and for the region to add to the mystique and reputation of offering premier distilled spirits for residents and visitors alike.

The product will be available in draught and six-packs May 3, 2013 in bars, restaurants and supermarket chains throughout WNY and the Finger Lakes region. Finger Lakes Summer Wheat will also be available at CB Brewing Company located at 300 Village Square Blvd., Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.
