Virtue Cider To Debut in Western Michigan On 3/7

From Mlive:

Patience is a virtue, but perhaps West Michigan has waited long enough for hard cider from one of the biggest names in craft beer.

The company’s first Michigan event is this Thursday, March 7 at Salt of the Earth in Fennville, which will feature a five-course “American in Normandy” cider pairing dinner with three of Virtue’s new cider offerings.

Virtue ciders at the dinner include “Lapinette,” a Norman-style cider brut, aged in French oak barrels; “RedStreak,” a proper English style draft cider; and “The Mitten,” a winter cider made using the previous season’s best apples, aged in bourbon barrels and blended with fresh-pressed apple juice from the latest harvest.
