Cascade Brewing Young Gose Today Bourbonic Plague?

From Cascade Brewing:

Hello friends! This week's Tap It Tuesday at 6pm is LIVE: Young Gose. This NW style sour beer is a sneak peak at a re-creation of an historic German wheat beer style that was nearly lost to time. This light, slightly soured beer is brewed with sea salt to mimic the original water conditions of Lipzig, Germany, where the beer originated. Aromas of sweet, soft wheat and light citrus are noticed up front. Soft wheat and a note of lemon dance on the palate. It finishes off with a soft lingering sweetness and just a slight dusty lemon note. This beer will develop more tartness as the lactic fermentation finishes in a few months. We will spice it with coriander to finish the process. 5% ABV, $5 glass.

In bottle news, we are waiting patiently for the Bourbonic Plague to pass Brewmaster Ron's muster - it is aging nicely and labels are en route. Currently online, we have Vlad the Impaler ($30), Noyaux ($25 and not much left), The Vine ($20), Blueberry ($20), Apricot ($18) and Kriek ($18). Following is the definitive list of states that we can ship beer to: AZ, CA, CO, CT (sorry no dry towns or counties), DC, FL (sorry no dry towns or counties), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH (except for Ellsworth, Millsfield, Monroe and Sharon), NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV (certain zip codes not allowed), WI and WY.
