Deep Ellum Brewing & Smashburger are proud to announce the first fast-casual craft-beer pairing in the DFW area that will be a part of the permanent menu. Smashburger and DEBC met to sample 8 sandwiches and pair them with DEBC beer to enhance the overall experience of both. Both parties believe that the pairings truly enhance the flavors of the food and beer and are excited to rollout the new menu to area Smashburgers after March 19th's media introduction.
