Today we get to see the first Mother Earth Brewing Windowpane Series release for 2013. This one is called Fig & Raisin and it will be aged in North Carolina Brandy Barrels. This is the third release of four in the Windowpane series and it is a Belgian-Style Dubbel that is fermented with North Carolina figs and raisins then aged in North Carolina Apple Brandy barrels for 3 months. This beer will be packaged in 25.3oz bottles and it will come in at a big 9% ABV.
