From The Coloradoan:

That location turned out to be 3001 Walnut St., a building located in the River North area of Denver where Epic co-founders Dave Cole and Peter Erickson have signed a lease.

Epic, which started in 2010, plans to install a 20-barrel brewhouse and taproom in the 19,000-square-foot building that will include space for retail sales. The new facility will have an initial 480 barrels for fermentation, according to the brewery.

“We anticipate that we will be using approximately 1,000 wood barrels within the year,” Crompton said.

Epic is scheduled to start production at the new brewery in March and open to the public in April. The new brewery’s focus will be on Epic’s Exponential series of brews with a barrel-aging program.
