The good news is that the recently opened Our Brewing Co in Holland, MI is selling beer faster than they can make it…the bad news is they’re running out of beer, now two weeks in a row. The brewery opened 10/26 and is already looking to expand into a new 3bbl system. This from MLive:
HOLLAND, MI — Fifteen kegs of beer ought to be enough for a soft opening weekend at a new brewpub, right?
Not in West Michigan, where the owners of Our Brewing Co. in Holland have only been open for three days in the last two weeks after entirely selling out of beer twice since soft launching on Friday, Oct. 26.
The demand forced owner Trevor Doublestein to put in an immediate order for a larger, 3-barrel system to supplement the half-barrel system the company started out with.
