Tulsa, Oklahoma - November 12, 2012/mbb/ - Marshall Brewing Company is pleased to announce the release of our winter seasonal, Big Jamoke Porter. 2012 marks the fourth release of Big Jamoke Porter. Kegs left the brewery November 7th and have made there way to a select number of draft locations across the state of Oklahoma. Packaged Big Jamoke will be released in six packs November 15th across the entire Marshall distribution area which includes Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas.

Big Jamoke is an American Robust Porter named for the B-25 that Brewmaster Eric Marshall's grandfather flew in WW II. A blend of five malts from Munich to Chocolate provide a deep mahogany color and aroma of toffee and roasted coffee. On the palate this beer is full-bodied with hints of bittersweet chocolate and toffee while finishing smooth and dry from the addition of earthy hops. Suggested pairings: Brie or other earthy cheese, ham, barbeque, smoked meats, and any bittersweet chocolate dessert such as espresso flavored lava cake. ABV - 6.8%. IBU - 55.

In conjunction with the release of Big Jamoke Porter a launch party is being held November 15th, 8:00PM at Andolini's Pizzeria, 1552 East 15th Street, Tulsa, OK. Featured at the launch party will be a special pizza created by Andolini's owner Mike Bausch using Big Jamoke as a key ingredient. In addition, a special cask of Big Jamoke Porter infused with bourbon and vanilla will be available.
