Today we have the 750ml bottle label for Jester King Buddha’s Brew bottle-conditioned sour wheat ale fermented in oak Whiskey barrels with Kombucha added. This new brew uses Czech Saaz hops and English Ale yeast along with Lactobacillus & Kombucha…and yes it’s only 4.7% ABV and 7 IBU. This beer ins the first jester King beer to be brewed entirely in oak. The unfermented wort was racked directly to oak barrels and inoculated with souring bacteria…after aging for months it was blended with live Kombucha at bottling.
