Captain Lawrence Enters Northern New York, Northern New Jersey & Philadelphia & Expands to Meet Demand

Good news from Captain Lawrence:

As we are mid way through October fall has finally set in. So many new happenings going on for the brewery and in the tasting room. For starters Scott has made moves for distributing CLBC beer in new markets. The brewery has signed new agreements with the rest of Northern New York State, Northern Jersey and Philadelphia. In order to meet the demand of these new markets we have purchased two new fermenting tanks which are due for delivery by the end of the month and will be up and running in mid to late November.

Secondly, we are the proud winners of the Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals from the Great American Beer Festival In Colorado for our Golden sour, Golden Delicious and Barrel Select Sour.

Two new beers will be making their way into the regular lineup: A Winter Ale with winter spices (Scott has not made them known to anyone yet) which will become a regular during our winter months, and the much anticipated I.P.A (India Pale Ale). Our fans and loyal customers have been all too familiar with our Imperial IPA (which boasts 9% abv and a truly balanced style between hops and malts while still packing a punch), but have been waiting on what most would say should be a staple for a brewery. Just a plain simple IPA!!! Though we all know that Scott won't make just your average IPA. The first batch will be put through our Pilot Batch System within the next couple of weeks and hopefully soon after in the tasting room for everyone to enjoy.

Once these two beers have been made and tested out in the tasting room, They are scheduled to be bottled/packaged in 6 packs and sold all over the market. Smoked Porter should also be making its return and will then be bottled in 16.9oz bottles like the Imperial IPA and sold in 12 packs.
