Troegs Scratch # 74 American Brown Ale Coming Today (8/17)

We just announced Scratch # 73 from Troegs and BANG…out comes Scratch #74. Looks like #74 will be an American Brown Ale and there will be a special firkin w/Nugget hops so get to the brewery today!

Suppose a lanky, mild-mannered and malcontent Brown Ale from across the pond started its journey to America, but along the way decided to bulk up and develop a boisterous attitude. Then you might consider this latest Tröegs concoction to be an unabashedly Americanized version of the quiet British style. Bursting with intense hop bitterness and boasting a beefed-up body, this latest Scratch Beer could quite possibly become the Intercontinental Champion of Brown Ales. Belt up!
ABV is 7.1% and IBU is 68

Having some tonight, along with Naked Elf and OkTröegerfest (#73). T minus 2 hours and counting.
