Just a peek courtesy of Cigar City showing brewer Josh Brengle working with Ron Raike from Cask & Larder on a co-brewed “super dry-hopped pale ale.”  Cask & Larder is an upcoming Winter Park, FL Brewery/Restaurant that will open around Labor Day 2012.  Details on the name from Cask & Larder:  The name Cask & Larder has two meanings; “Cask” refers to the beer being made in-house and “Larder” the deep rooted name for a Southern pantry. Cask & Larder will utilize locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients for Southern-inspired fare and will offer an oyster bar, country hams, house-brewed beers, Sunday brunch, family-style sides and whole-cooked animals and fish.
