In an article highlighting Joe Martino from Stevens Point Brewery, Joe pointed out that they were producing 120,000bbl of beer annually and that they will be entering Colorado, Florida, South Dakota and Utah soon. From Wasaudaily:
Today, the brewery can produce up to 120,000 barrels of beer annually, and offers more than 20 beers and gourmet sodas throughout the year.
With plans to bring Point beer to Florida, Colorado, South Dakota and Utah, Martino said the brewery will supply its products to 28 states by the end of the year.
This year, the brewery also completed its third physical expansion in as many years. The $1.1 million project includes nine new fermentation tanks, two bright beer tanks, a 7,000-gallon hot water tank and the centrifuge.
That's in addition to a 2,700-square-foot expansion at the brewery to hold four 6,200-gallon aging tanks along with an expanded keg cooler room, completed in 2010, and a 6,600-square-foot expansion of warehouse space, five aging tanks and three fermentation tanks in 2011. All told, the price tag is $2.6 million for new equipment and additional storage space over three years.
