Here’s a list courtesy of Goose Island of their upcoming Fulton & Wood series of beers.:
Fulton & Wood beers will be made in relatively small batches and be confined to bars where rare beer isn't unfamiliar. The lineup so far:
Old Town Yard (February) A crisp, clean low-alcohol Helles lager.
En Passant (April) Mild ale brewed with rye, fermented a second time with blood orange juice.
Black Mission (June) Belgian tripel brewed with black mission figs.
Gran Gas (August) Golden ale brewed with spruce tips, aged with lingonberries.
Two More Weeks (October) Belgian wheat lambic fermented with three types of yeast, aged in Zinfandel wine barrels.
