White Birch - Small Batch Ale (Update Sour Rye Wine—11%)

image

Here’s a new generic label for White Birch Brewing Small Batch Ale.  It looks like this label will be used for various small-batch brews, although this one does state 6.5% ABV, 100 bottles, one batch brewed in Apr 2012.  This same label was approved for 750ml bottles, 22oz bottles & kegs as well.

An update today from Bill Herlicka in comments:
Thanks for noticing.  Our first batch is a sour rye wine made by Ben.  73 bottles, 11%.  Cheers Bill

  2. Thanks for the update Bill. It sounds great. Nothing beats hearing the news 1st person from the brewmaster himself. Cheers to you & Ben!
