Buffalo Brewing Co For Sale in St. Louis

From STLToday:

a midtown St. Louis brewpub that's been in operation since March 2008, is on the sales block, and its owner is stepping up his efforts to unload the space.

Dushan Manjencich has been looking to sell his brewery and restaurant for the past few years, according to various real estate sites. A public listing from 2010 shows an asking price of $249,000. Buffalo's potential sale prompted some chatter on a local home brewing forum last year. And a public LoopNet posting this year indicated the space was for sale but that the staff had not been informed ("Employees aren't aware ... please do not disturb.").

Last week, Manjencich sent an email to about 50 people in the beer business -- mostly employees of Missouri breweries and distributors -- offering the keys to Buffalo (3100 Olive Street). The subject line: Restaurant/brewery/catering business for sale. Although he is looking to sell, not lease, the space, Manjencich wrote that rent would work out to about $2,800 a month.  Full Story HERE.
