Two of our four new eighty-barrel fermentation tanks have arrived! This Friday is going to be fun…. we’ll be cramming ALL FOUR of these fermenters into our already overstuffed little brewery. As if that wasn’t enough, we’re also opening the Visitors Center from 4:30 to 7 so come on down and be the first to see these new tanks! Custom built for Weyerbacher by JVNW in Oregon, these beautiful all stainless steel tanks will be put to use as soon as next week. With the start of Imperial Pumpkin Ale brewing season looming on the horizon, these tanks could not have come soon enough. We’ll of course be posting some pictures on Friday of the riggers placing these tanks so stay tuned!
