Here’s a new one from Bronx Brewery called American Oak-Aged Bourbon Barrel Pale Ale…it’s low-batch (300 bottles), 6.3% ABV, 50 IBU & it will be package din 22oz bottles. This brew uses 5 malts as wells as Cascade & centennial hops with a “unique strain of yeast.” It’s unfiltered, un-pasteurized & dry-hopped just for fun…..it’s aged in an American oak bourbon-barrel too!
