Here’s a brewery we don’t get to post up very often, so it was cool to see Samuel Smith (or Sam’l Smith as the bottle says) Organic Apricot come out today. Looks like this new organic ale will be brewed at the Melbourn Bros ancient brewery in Stamford and blended (with pure organic apricot juice & a previously cellared organic brew) & bottled at Samuel Smith brewery in Tadcaster. This one just sounds so good!
