We brought you the first Sierra Nevada/Abbey of New Clairvaux co-brew dubbel (coming to EBF!), so it was exciting to see the approval for their Saison today. This brew is scheduled for release in June with a portion of the proceeds going toward the restoration of the historic Santa Maria de Ovila c
hapter house on the gournds of the Abbey of New Clairvaux. Check out the backing label too for further details.
