Midnight Sun Brewing T.R.E.A.T., DuClaw X.1 Ale, Widmer Dubbel Crossed, New Belgium Abbey Grand Cru

Midnight Sun Brewing T.R.E.A.T.:  Here’s the new 2011 packaging for this 7.8% ABV chocolate pumpkin porter.  TREAT stands for The Royal Eccentric Ale Treatment and this brew was formerly called Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Porter.  This will be packaged in 22oz bottles.

DuClaw X.1 Ale:  This is DuClaw’s Chocolate Imperial Rye Porter in a keg-only packaging so far.  I was lucky enough to sample a Raspberry version of this beer at the Real Ale festival (on cask of course)

 



Widmer Dubbel Crossed:  Not much info yet, but I suspect this 5.7% ABV Belgian Dubbel will be keg-only.

New Belgium Abbey Grand Cru:  This is the 2001 keg version of New Belgium’s original Abbey Grand Cru (9.5% ABV)
