From Weyerbacher:Fireside Ale Released! Our newest seasonal has just begun shipping out this week. Fireside Ale was first released as Charlie, back in September, as one in our series of Brewer Select experimental beers. This beer is so good and so unique we just had to add it as a seasonal for January each year. Fireside is a Dark Ale at 7.5%abv, with just an intriguing hint of smokiness. Not a rauchbier by any means, head brewer Chris Wilson uses 10% smoked malt in this recipe to give it a little nuance and complexity. It’s the perfect brew for a cold winter’s night. Bottles and kegs available to all areas.
