imageFrom Modern Times:

Sunday is shaping up to be a storied day of unprecedented liquid riches. Yes, Sunday. We figured we'd try going live with the bottle sale when people weren't at work this time; let's see how it goes, shall we? This month's sale is seriously worthy of our 4th anniversary month, containing a lineup of bottles & cans that is absolutely next-level, even by our exacting standards. A brand new hazy DIPA, an explosively tropical super-Berliner, a delightful grisette, and our first collab with Salem, Oregon's Wandering Aengus Ciderworks will be on offer, alongside two rum barrel-aged Monsters' Park variants and our first-ever canned, barrel-aged cold brew. I mean, come on. Here's the full lineup:

**NOTE: Hedgewitch & Star Metal cans will have a one-month pick-up window, ending 8/18. All other beers will have the standard 2-month window, ending 9/13. THERE ARE NO PROXIES ALLOWED FOR THIS SALE, so please ensure that you are able to pick up your beers during their respective pick-up windows prior to purchasing.**

This outlandishly delicious DIPA is packed with a mega-dose of Citra & Amarillo hops, yielding a massively tasty beer, its hazy depths bursting with big, vibrant flavors and aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and tropical magic. Ready your palate for intense pleasure.

Total Quantity: 4,200

4-Pack of 16oz Cans

Prepare your flavor detectors for the pinnacle of tropical refreshment. We loaded this mouthwateringly delicious super-Berliner weisse with generous helpings of blood orange, guava, pineapple, and hibiscus, effectively blurring the lines between beer and fruit punch.
ABV: 5.5%
Price: $14.99 + tax & BPT fee
Total Quantity: 2,100

Our first collaboration with Wandering Aengus Ciderworks in Salem, OR, this formidably tasty beverage was achieved through a blend of Grisette and unfermented Wickson Crab Apple juice, which was then fermented with a bunch of house cultures before spending some time in a clay amphora and finished with a short rest in red wine barrels and months of bottle-conditioning. The resulting beer is tart, funky, and complex, with an intriguing and distinctive minerality derived from its time in the amphora. It was quite a journey to make this one, but we think you'll agree that it was totally worth it.
ABV: 6.6%
Price: $17.99 + tax & BPT fee
Total Quantity: 492

**Bottles remaining after this month's BPT sale will see distribution in select Southern California markets.
This sensationally tasty grisette–a sessionable relative of the saison, originally hailing from Belgiums Hainaut province–was brought to delicious fruition via a rye-forward malt bill and a Brett-heavy amalgam of our house microflora. The resulting beer is delightfully refreshing and intriguingly complex, with a profile that's rustic, spicy, and peppered with notes of hay and pastoral funk that rest lightly on a crisp, lemony acidity. Its modest ABV belies the window-rattling mouth party contained within. Brace yourself.
ABV: 5.4%
Price: $11.99 + tax & BPT fee
Total Quantity: 1,488

This is Monsters Park–our hulking, cantankerous imperial stout–aged in fragrant, fruity St. Croix rum barrels. The barrel character is immediately evident on the nose and only grows more intense in the flavor. Bewitching dark-fruit and burnt marshmallow notes intermingle with the massive roast character of Monsters Park to create a liquid playground for the senses.
ABV: 13.1%
Price: $27.99 + tax & BPT fee
Total Quantity: 680

This version of Monsters' Park was aged in fragrant, fruity St. Croix rum barrels with cinnamon and allspice. The barrel character is immediately evident on the nose and only grows more intense in the flavor, interweaving with the spices and massive roast character of the beer to yield an enchantingly complex and wholly delicious result.
ABV: 13.1%
Price: $29.99 + tax & BPT fee
Total Quantity: 1,011

2-pack of 12oz cans
The contents of these lavish 12oz cans arose from a stupefyingly delicious union of bourbon barrels and coffee beans. Huge, chocolatey flavors and aromas are beautifully accentuated by the oak and bourbon character of the barrels, yielding the kind of unique, boundary-pushing flavor profile that got us into the whole starting-a-coffee-roastery thing in the first place.
ABV: Non-alcoholic
Price: $9.99 + tax & BPT fee
Total Quantity: 1,948
We'll be having a release party here at the Fermentorium on Wednesday, 7/19, the first day that beers are available for pick-up. This will totally be the best day to snag your beers, since we'll have a bunch of rad stuff on tap to celebrate the releases.

Tickets go live on Monday at 10AM
