image
From Birdsong:

Join us for our 6th annual "Spring Beak" Party, this year with a Beach theme, & the launch of a brand new year-round beer for us called Paradise City, a Session IPA!

Paradise City will be the first year-round beer to join the Birdsong lineup since 2012 & we want to throw a HUGE party to celebrate it! We'll be turning the brewery into our own Paradise City with beachy decorations... think tiki torches, beach balls, leis, & maybe even some sand! We'll have live music & food trucks all day, PLUS... We'll have a special Paradise City Pop from
King of Pops Charlotte!

Mark your calendars, dust off your favorite beachwear & beach chairs (we're encouraging everyone to bring them), & join us for the release of Paradise City Session IPA!

We'll be giving away an awesome gift basket & a 4 pack of Paradise City cans for the BEST BEACH OUTFIT!
Here's a little more about the beer:
Paradise City is a medium body, crisp IPA with lots of upfront hop aromas. It’s forward on the tangerine & citrusy side with a little hint of more complex piney notes.

Paradise City was born from a recipe created by assistant brewer Jeff Bowman. Clocking in at 4.8 % ABV & 45 IBUs, the malt bill is heavily 2-row pale with some Carapils, wheat, C40 and a touch of oats. The hops will include some of our all time favorites like Cascade & Chinook with a prominent place for Amarillo & Idaho #7.
