In 2017, we’re introducing a new series of draft-exclusive hoppy beers to our lineup... because we have to. But we’re happy to oblige! We’re calling it "Hoppy Obligations”. Each release in this series will feature a different base beer, designed to put the spotlight on hops. Likely installments include pale ales, an imperial lager and, naturally, creations that don’t fit nicely into style guidelines whatsoever.
The first release in the series is a cloudy Vermont-style pale ale with a heavy dosing of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops. It’s scheduled to be kegged tomorrow and tapped soon thereafter.
Keep an eye on our Tasting Room lists (and signup for notifications on Untappd) to see when the first Hoppy Obligations beer starts pouring for tasters, pints and growler fills.
