Shiner Brewer’s Pride No 10 - Berliner Weiss

Today we get a look at the 10th release in the Brewer’s Pride series from Shiner.  This is their Berliner Weisse and it is a German-style sour ale brewed with citrus fruit peel.  This beer will hit 4.1%-AbV and it will be packaged in 12oz & 24oz (below) bottles and kegs.  Stay tuned for early 2017 release details.

I tried this Weisse when I bought a mixed six pack offered by Shiner. When I took my first drink I almost spit it out and dump the whole bottle down the drain. Glad I didn't, my second drink convinced me. By the time I finished the bottle Weisse had become my favorite brew.
