Today we get ur first peek at a new collaboration coming from Upland and Lexington Kentucky’s Country Boy Brewing. This is Funk Land Country Shuffle and it is a fruited sour ale aged on Balaton cherries, cocoa nibs and spearmint (yes spearmint). This beer is “a blend of two spontaneously fermented beers, Creek and Quarry” with Upland’s base blonde sour ale. The resulting blend was barrel-aged and packaged in 750ml bottles.
