18 Mile Red Cherry is our 18 Mile Red sour ale aged on a massive amount of tart red cherries!
This #RusticRefined craft beer was fermented in regional wine barrels and then aged for Four months before we blended in massive amounts of tart red cherries and aged an additional three months before bottling. The bright acidity of this craft beer is created by using a strain of native lactobacillus isolated by SouthYeast Labs. The initial bite of this sour red ale is balanced by jammy cherry notes and a vinous oak barrel character.
