On Friday, we celebrate the public release of a beer that both puts a spring in your step and transports you to island time: Wiki Wiki Tart.

Wiki Wiki Tart is a sour ale that’s equal parts tropical, fruity, floral and funky. The ensemble of hibiscus, passion fruit and raspberries pluck harmonic notes, beginning with the passionate pink color and continuing through to its puckering flavor profile. Couple that with the soft touch of wheat, oak and complimentary island-esque spices, and you wouldn’t dream of trading places with anyone else (unless they’re sharing this beer with you but wearing a better Hawaiian shirt).

You'll find it both in bottles and on draft at the Bruery Terreux Tasting Room on Friday. Bottles will also be available on TheBrueryStore.com
