A tweaked version of our Gose, Scratch #254 gets an addition of fresh raspberries. The sweet/tart combination of the raspberries plays nicely with the zesty flavors of sea salt, coriander and orange peel.
The dry spiciness of rye malt blends incredibly well with the bright hop flavors of Scratch #252. Dry-hopping with Kohatu introduces bright lime and pineapple notes with slight traces of sticky pine.
