Living with Ourselves as We Are will be released this upcoming Sunday, July 10th at noon at the @fermentaria! Living with Ourselves as We Are is a French oak fermented wheat Saison conditioned on heaps of Meyer lemon purée. Fermented with a mix of our house cultures, including our Emptiness culture. Fermented and conditioned in oak and then conditioned in the bottle for an additional three months. Intricate, zippy, and a perfect counterpoint to this heavy July weather! There will be 800 bottles available to the public on Sunday. $22/750ml bottle. Two bottles per person. See you Sunday!
