HiWire Brewing will be celebrating its 3rd Anniversary on Saturday, July 23 at 5:00pm at their

Big Top Production Brewery | 2 Huntsman Place | with a variety of circus themed attractions,

including a ferris wheel, dual aerialist acts, tarot card reader, stilt walkers, high striker, a face

painter and much more. Additionally, they will be pouring six, never to be seen again, sour

beers, and releasing their Third Anniversary Beer, a Bottle Conditioned Gin Barrel Fermented

Tart Wild Ale Brewed with Lemongrass in 750 ml, cork and caged bottles.

Hi-Wire Brewing opened a little over three years ago at their 3,000 square foot South Slope

location, only brewing and distributing in the Asheville area. Today, HiWire Brewing distributes

to four states, and works out of a 27,000 square foot production facility in the Biltmore Village

area of Asheville.

Reflecting on the past three years, coowner Adam Charnack notes “None of this would be

possible without our amazing team. Unending dedication. Rain, sleet, snow, holiday, weekend,

whatever. Our crew is 100% dedicated to making the best beer  possible. From our cellar guys

and brew staff, who all get in early and work late into the evening, to our packaging team who

are always juggling a million machines at once on our bottling line, to our marketing & sales

teams and, finally, our bar staff all of our employees are dedicated to making sure HiWire is

represented the best way possible. And they’re awesome at what they do.”

HiWire would like to invite family and friends to “walk on the wire side” and celebrate with the

community of people who made this birthday possible. The Anniversary Party is free and open

to the public. Please visit our facebook page @HiWireBrewing and website hiwirebrewing.com

for more information leading up to the event.
