Holy Mountain Releasing Midnight Still Red & Green Wax 6/4

From Holy Mountain:

This Saturday, June 4th, at 12 noon, we're releasing two variants of Midnight Still, our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.

RED WAX Midnight Still was aged on Sweetheart cherries from a small producer in Chelan in Rittenhouse Rye barrels for 19 months. This Cherry/Rye blend also contains Barrel 001, the first Midnight Still barrel ever filled.

GREEN WAX Midnight Still is a coffee/vanilla variant infused with Madagascar vanilla beans and Nine Swans blend coffee from Elm Coffee Roasters in Pioneer Square.

Bottles will be $18/each with a 3 bottle limit on Cherry/Rye Midnight Still and a 4 bottle limit on Coffee/Vanilla Midnight Still. Both variants will be on tap in our taproom when we open at noon. As with past bottle releases, bottles can be purchased using credit, debit or cash (sorry, no AmEx) through the alley (West) entrance of the brewery. Anyone purchasing bottles can then exit through the taproom after their purchase. We hope to see you Saturday!
