Our take on a nearly-extinct German style
After experimenting with the style for a bit, our Brewmaster Jeremy has put our first-ever Gose (goh-zuh) on draft here at our taproom. Let's just say it Gose down smoothly (hey-yo!).
It features low hop bitterness, spice from the use of ground coriander seeds and a soft mouthfeel from the addition of sea salt. It's the first of a lineup of interesting Taproom-exclusive beers to come this summer. See what else we're pouring here.
