Cascade Releasing The Vine 2015 Wed 6/29

We are releasing The Vine 2015 on Wednesday, 6/29, in bottles at both locations and on draft at the Barrel House (it will be on draft at the Raccoon Lodge as soon as a tap opens up).

The Vine is a blend of sour wheat and blond ales aged in white wine barrels for up to 16 months with Gewürztraminer grapes. The 2015 vintage was a particularly hot year, yielding beautifully ripened grapes that offer flavors of tropical fruit, lychee, green grapes and a hint of spice (10.1% ABV, $7/glass, $20/bottle).

We will also be releasing some vintage Vine at the Barrel House: look for projects 2010, 2011 and 2012 on draft; and 2012 and 2013 in bottles.
