Here’s your first peek at Weyerbacher 21. This 21ts anniversary is a stout brewed with vanilla and cocoa that is aged in Bourbon barrels…however there’s a lot more going on. Check out our recent interview with Brewmaster Chris Wilson and you’ll see what I mean. 21 is designed to replicate a chocolate cake with Boubron bacon icing (as you can see on the label--with their existing beers as candles). This is a 12oz bottle, the beer will hit 11.9%-AbV and it will be released at the brewery on 6/25.
