The fee for American Solera Society membership is $300 plus tax. Membership and its benefits begin on August 25, 2016 and expire on August 25, 2017. Membership fee is non-refundable.
Members will receive a total of 20 bottles of beer over the course of the year. We expect to offer 10 different brands, although we cannot guarantee the exact structure of releases. In the case of an overage the opportunity to purchase additional bottles will be offered to members prior to the general public.
Members will enjoy a 10% discount on all draft beer (excludes crowlers, growlers and bottles), merchandise, and food purchases made at the tasting room with valid membership card. Membership renewal fees are excluded from the discount.
Members will receive a pair of exclusive American Solera Society glasses. Glassware will be available for pick-up at the tasting room.
Members will receive a membership card to include their name, membership number, and proxy name (if applicable). Membership card must be presented at the time of beer pick-up or in order to receive applicable discounts.
Members unable to pick-up their beer in the tasting room may assign a proxy. The trustee must be named when returning your membership questionnaire (to be sent via email at a later date). Membership perks are not extended to any proxy.
Members will have priority enrollment in the 2017-2018 society before the general public.
Order Shipping and Pick-up
We are unable to ship beer. A pick up window of eight weeks will be set starting on the release date. All beer not picked up within this window will be sold to the general public. Pick-up will take place at the tasting room located at 1803 South 49th West Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74107.
August 25, 2017
The first pickup of bottles will be on August 25, 2016. We currently anticipate 3 different beers (6 bottles) will be available. We will be open the 25-27th for pick up and some fun (beers).
