Truck Driver Sobs Over Stolen Miller Beer Tractor Trailer

From the Examiner:

A big rig driver for Miller High Life beer had his entire 18-wheeler stolen, filled up with 44,000 pounds of Miller beer product, which equates into at least a few dozen bottles of actual beer. A bit of a jocular jab; we’re uppity craft beer drinkers here. That aside, this Florida trucker had his rig stolen from an Orange County truck stop in Orlando, and broke down in tears while discussing it. Talk about crying in one’s 9,700 six packs of beer.

“I don’t mean to cry about it but I’m just trying to do the best I can and make a better life,” said driver Van Thomas to Florida’s WFTV.com on Oct. 21. “It’s just so devastating to me.” Thomas was on a run from Texas to Pompano Beach as was nearing the end of his trip when the theft occurred.
