Troegs Releasing Scratch # 160 Belgian Saison & #161 Fresh Hop Ale Today

We're releasing TWO Scratch Beers today! The first is Scratch 160, a Belgian Style Saison brewed with rye, wheat, French saison yeast and an experimental hop variety originating from the American Dwarf Hop Association known as ADHA Experimental 871. ABV is 6.7% and IBU is 20. Draft and growler fills only.

Today's second release is Scratch 161, the first of two Fresh Hop Ales we will release this season. This particular batch was brewed with regionally sourced fresh (wet) Cascade and Chinook hops from Black Locust Farm in Northern Baltimore County, MD as well as local PA honey. ABV is 8.1% and IBU is 79. Available in cases, 6-packs, singles, draft and growler fills.
