Four Fermenters Stolen From 1933 Brewing Co In Ft Collins, CO

From the Coloradoan:

Four 1,000-pound beer fermenters were stolen from outside a Fort Collins brewery Friday night and Saturday morning.

According to Cody Pisacka, co-owner of the yet-to-open 1933 Brewing Company at 4025-C S. Mason St., the fermenters were moved onto the construction site Jan. 7. They had been kept covered until Thursday.

“I wasn’t so worried about them,” Pisacka said. “I guess I should have been more. It’s rather brazen.”

Pisacka said he and neighboring businesses have surveillance footage of two vehicles that carried the five-barrel fermenters, worth about $2,500 to $3,000 a piece, from where they were stored and tied to a construction box behind the building.
